Common Questions

How do you choose the people who will care for my family member?

We carefully check everyone who joins our team with background checks and interviews. We also provide training to make sure they know how to help with all kinds of needs. Our goal is to match your family member with someone skilled, caring, and understanding.

What kinds of support and services do you offer for families?

We offer help at home, in the community, and during the day. You can get support with daily tasks, rides, personal care, and safe places for breaks. We also train and support caregivers, so your family can find the help that fits your needs.

How do you make sure my loved one feels safe and comfortable with your services?

We take time to get to know your loved one’s needs, likes, and routines. You can meet and talk with our staff before care begins. We always aim to match your family with someone kind and understanding, and we listen to your feedback to help your loved one feel safe and comfortable.

How do you decide what services are right for my family?

We talk with you about your family’s situation, what you need help with, and what works best for you. We look at all the options and suggest services that fit your needs and your loved one’s personality, so you get the right kind of support.

How much do your services cost, and do you accept insurance or other help with payment?

The cost depends on the type of support you need. Many families use Medicaid or other programs to help pay. We can help explain which payment options might work for you, so you know what to expect before starting any service.
